How you should train your chest imo: -8-15 reps x 5 sets for 3 or more exercises -100 reps for 3 exercises (use a weight that allows you to reach 100 reps with 5 or 6 sets) -3x3 or 5x5 reps and sets! Go heavy but piick a weight that wont let you sacrifice your form or your range of motion!

Other exercise besides the bench press can be anything. From dips to push ups to dumbbell bench press. I personally train chest once per week. Meaning i do each of these workouts one week a part. Diversity is they key to maximize muscle growth

Fruits = vascularity?🤔🥥 The last trip to thailand inspired me to eat more fruits. Dont get me wrong, i did eat a lot of fruits before going to thailand but all changed after eating (literally) all kind of fruits every day. Im stuffing 3-4 different kinds of fruits i didnt eat before (or barely eat) into a mixer and i make myself a smoothie with grounded linseeds and organic peanut butter on top of what i usually eat. A strange side effect: my vascularity improved i have gotten leaner even though im eating a little bit more. Eating more doesnt actually equal gaining weight. The quality of your food is far more important than your kcals! And please dont get me wrong, you can still gain weight eating more, despite eating whole plant based foods. But this quite shows you that its a lot easier losing weight and gaining muscles eating whole plant based foods and all that without having to starve yourself to look lean all your around.

Enjoying the pump while doing the last few reps of the daymy abs dont look very lean here because i ate a very large (easily 800 g) muesli prior to my workout my pre-workout is either this big ass muesli or nothing. Depends at which time i train. My energy levels stay the same, despite having eaten something before or not. How about you? Whats your pre-workout?

How much do you laugh throughout the day? For me its a yin and yang answer. It all depends who is around me. Im a very positive and happy person in general. But i only laugh around people i feel really comfortable. How about you?

Training outside and soaking in some vitamin d3 at the same time is simply awesome! My workout philosophy: diversity is key bodyweight exercises play a big role in my workout programms. The best side effect of training under the sun and with bodyweight exercises is that it gives you the best pump ever do you love training outside as much as i do?️

Build by plants since 2009! i switched from an omnivore diet to a whole plant based diet due to health issues. Side effects: never been sick again. This allowed me to train consistently with zero breaks for these past 10 years. Im training 7-8 times on 6 days per week. To everyone saying: you cant buid muscles on a plant based diet. Clearly never tried it or..🤔 well thats the only reason i can think of

Would you buy happiness or a great body?🤔 for me the answer is quite simple: happiness all the way! Even if there were an option to buy a great looking body i still would prefer to train. Why? Because i simply love to train and its a lifelong journey that never ends. Training is both meditation and a great stress relief at the same time. So what would you buy yourself?
