These moves, when paired with PROPER DIET 🥗can help decrease the appearance of “armpit fat”
.
Fat loss happens from all over our bodies, it is impossible to target specific area to lose fat from (“spot reduction”)  However!!.. we can do exercises to add muscle to those areas which will tighten and sculpt!! A caloric deficit + working out = fat loss!

FULL BODY SWEAT SESH hitting you with some hot fireeeeee HIIT lol see what I did there

LESSSSS GET IT  don’t forget to give this video a like to support the workout vids 🤟 Complete each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest

1️⃣ 4 prisoner squats into 1 prisoner jump squat. All about speed here so give it all you’ve got

2️⃣ switch feet into jumping lunge... I also added a beginner modification if the jump lunge is too advanced or you start to burn out! Simple take out the jump and move into a reverse lunge but keep going!! Give it your everything for those 30 seconds

3️⃣ repeat exercise on opposite leg

4️⃣ quick feet into half burpee

5️⃣ walk out then back in plank into jump squat... focus on keeping low here. From the bottom of the squat lead straight into the plank

6️⃣ 4 oblique crunches into side lateral jump  quick movements here! Obliques will be crying lmao

Back in February 2017, the first time I decided to step foot in the gym was the best day of my life. Little did I know it would continue to fuel my day to day life and push me to keep going over the years to come. 2 years has passed. I’ve completed 2 exam seasons and had many ‘low’ periods in this time, BUT my mentality throughout these tough periods has stayed very positive. I hold this down to my growth as a person and fitness. The happy endorphins released every workout made my low periods in life not as low as they have been in the past. If you struggle with anxiety my one tip would be find your passion. Mine is the gym. And kick anxiety’s butt

You Can Lose This In Just 1-3 months!!

Don’t underestimate the progress you make! 5lbs might not always seem like a lot, but it might be more than you can imagine!
-
1) There are 3500 Kcal in 1Lb of Fat. -
2) 5Lbs of Fat = 3500Kcal x 5 = 17500 Kcal
-
3) If you want to lose 1lb per week be in a deficit of 500 calories per day = 5 weeks.

4) if you want to lose 1/2 lbs per week be in a deficit of 250 calories per day = 10 weeks.

Since I’ve been posting these kind of pictures there was one thing that stood out and that’s the fact many women let cellulite define how fit (or not fit) they are..🤷‍️ I know I also did. We tell ourselves we don’t exercise enough or eat healthy enough and look less lean and are less worthy because of the cellulite. We tell ourselves we can’t be “fit” because of the cellulite. I work out a few years now, I train about 4 times a week and eat nutritious foods as much as I can, and I still have got cellulite (lipedema)! So let me tell you this ”

First of all you’re definitely 100% not less worthy or beautiful when you’ve cellulite! You can reduce cellulite by exercising and eating the right foods, but there’s a big change it never really goes away‍️ And that’s more than okay! Because almost every women has it, some maybe more and some maybe less. It’s just a part of the human body and nothing to be ashamed about !!️️️ #bodypositive

ABS & OBLIQUES 
I’m back with another killer ab routine I did before I went on my holidays - all I can say is OUCH! .

The first 4 exercises I performed as a circuit with minimal rest in between exercises and for 4 rounds. But I also wanted to show you the cable exercise I went on to do straight after the circuit. I’m now trying to add in more weighted ab exercises so I can further my progression. Abs should be treated like any other muscle group i.e progressive overload

1️⃣ Medicine Ball Twisters - 20 reps 
2️⃣ Russian Twist Bicycle - 20 reps 
3️⃣ Dumbbell Crunches - 12 reps 
4️⃣ Opposite Arm Opposite Leg Plank - 30 seconds (change on each round)
5️⃣ Cable Single Leg Crunch - 10 each leg x 3 sets .
