Why do I wearing a lifting belt?

I'm not wearing my belt in the whole workout.
When I train heavy I prefer to wear a belt, because 
1️⃣ Belts stabilize and reduce stress on the spine
2️⃣ Belts create better body biomechanics (you lift more with your legs than your back)
3️⃣ Belts beget better performance
4️⃣ Sometimes I just forget to take it off

You only get one life, so it's important not to waste it. Each day should be enjoyable and leave you feeling positive about the next. But how? ️ Remember that this day only happens once.
️ Set yourself goals and celebrate your successes
️ Taking care of you

For me there was an eventful weekend ahead, with less sleep and a lot of work.  Nevertheless, I was able to work through my priorities! Especially when there is a lot to do, it is important to set priorities. Often it's not how much you work or workout, it depends on the quality of your work/ workouts.
