SMITH MACHINE GREATNESS
1️⃣ Frog  Reverse Hypers
Oh man is this exercise the GOLD ️. If you struggle with your glutes firing, this exercise will wake them the hell up (and it requires very little weight). My feet are pointed outwards and I am gripping under the bench and pushing into it with my elbows/triceps.

 2️⃣ SL Glute Bridge
I like to place my hands directly by my side and also laterally to hold onto the machine (try both ). My hips are directly below the bar and stationary leg is straight. If you struggle with contracting your working glute, try pushing through your heel as if you are trying to move the floor away from your glutes as you thrust up 
.
 3️⃣ Banded Hip Thrust

TAG A FRIEND and Try this HIIT Cardio session ---
 Squat with hip rotation: try to keep the release at the top super quick and stay extra light on tip toes as you rotate the hips  ⠀
⠀⠀
 Curtsy to knee drive: try to keep the weight going through your heel as you drive upwards and forwards a little. I like to swap legs 15s in ️ ⠀
⠀⠀
 Plate clean and jerk: super light on these is perfect, focussing on the hip drive helping this be all one fluid movement from bottom to top  ⠀
⠀⠀
 Down dog with knee drive: extend that working leg real far up and drive it in close while tightening the abs ⠀
⠀⠀
 Reverse plank with knee ups: I actually love reverse planks for the core, shoulders and glutes  The trick is to keep that butt high so there’s a straight line from knee to chest. If this one’s a little too advanced for now, there’s an easier variation at the end of the clip  ⠀
⠀⠀
 Alternating lunges: really step back nice and far on that reverse lunge to make sure you’re able to work through the heel on the front foot, and build up speed in these as you get better  ⠀
