4 sets of 15,12,10,8. Make sure the weight is being increased as you lower the reps. And have a mind to muscle connection.⁣

2️⃣. 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐥 ⁣
4 sets of 12,12,10,8. If you haven’t don’t these before go light on the weight and get the form right always squeezing all the way through. ⁣

3️⃣.𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐓⁣
 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐩 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐬 ⁣
3 sets of 12. So left arm right arm and together equals one rep so pick a good weight that’ll challenge you but it’ll let you finish 12 reps.⁣

3 sets of 12 for these I do them a bit. So take a look at the clip.⁣

3 sets of 20-30 reps. This is the finisher so make sure to do as much as you can. ⁣

So here ya go - current condition. And by current, I mean Friday’s Condition  Weighed in that morning at 162.0lbs - my lowest weigh in of the year. After a couple days refeeding, I’m back to 165.0 at the point of writing this - leaving me in good stead to chip away further towards the golden 160 mark this week  I have to say I’m leaner than I have been in the past at this weight, comfortably. Meaning I’ve 100% gained some muscle over the last year (thank god) and I’ve been retaining more of it too! Had a couple of days to rest after a relentless slog in pursuit of that progress and now I’m through the plateau I’m excited to push on. So happy with my progress though that I’m going to celebrate by offering a couple more custom, personalised 8/12 week programs 20% off! Nachdem ich gestern und vorgestern nochmal ordentlich was an essen getankt habe und zwei Tage lang etwas hyperkalorisch (+200-300kcal) unterwegs war, geht es heute erholt in den neuen Zyklus.Abgesehen von meinem grauenhaften Schlaf der letzten Nacht, bin ich gut in die neue Woche gestartet und fühle mich bereit für den bevorstehenden Minicut.Mein Gewicht lag heute mit 92,8kg nochmal etwas höher als der Schnitt der letzten Woche. Ziel nach 28 Tagen Minicut sind 88kg. Da bin ich mal gespannt, wie es laufen wird!

Im Folgenden geht es weiter mit dem nächsten Part 7 des Themas „Grundlagen der Ernährung/Kohlenhydrate“.

Kohlenhydrate
▪️Phase 2 (Pyruvat zu Acetylkoenzym A)
Nachdem das Endprodukt der Glykolyse (Pyruvat) in das Mitochondrium eingetreten ist, geschieden mehrere komplizierten Reaktionen. In diesen sind mehrere Enzyme beteiligt, die Kohlendioxid vom Pyruvat abspalten. Der entstehende Essigsäurerest wird an das sogenannte „Koenzym A“ gebunden.
Währenddessen geschieht eine neue Verbindung des Energiestoffwechsels, das „Acetyl-Koenzym A“.

️Das Acetyl-Koenzym A ist ein zentrales Molekül des gesamten Energiestoffwechsels. Dies wird durch den gemeinsamen Abbau von Glukose (aerob), sowie dem Abbau von Aminosäuren und dem Fettsäureabbau.
️Eine Besonderheit des Umbaus von Pyruvat zum Acetyl-Koenzym A ist die nicht umkehrbare Reaktion. Das bedeutet aus dem Acetyl-Koenzym A kann kein Pyruvat mehr entstehen.
️Zudem ist diese Besonderheit der Grund dafür, dass aus Monosaccharide, Fettsäuren werden können, aber umgekehrt kein Zucker aus Fett entstehen kann.

Just wanted to take some time & share with you what my client @bryanyourrealtor has been able to achieve these past 5 months and let you in on 3 things that has helped him lose over 30 pounds & reach his 3rd Milestone as an online BRF client

1) Meal Plan - Notice how I didn’t use the word “diet.” Simply because diets seem to be monotonous and RESTRICTIVE 
-
Therefore I put a plan together that consisted of meals that he actually looked forward to eating each day while NOT having to restrict carbs  OR go on any super low calorie CRASH diet ‍️
-
We spiced his meal plan up every 4 weeks so that he wouldn’t get tired of eating the same foods/ meals as well!
-
2) Workout Plan - For Bryan’s workouts I  had them tailored towards his goals & preferences to ensure that he wasn’t doing long hours of boring cardio everyday AND so he was still able to have a life outside of the gym!
-
For him it consisted of 4-5 workouts per week that lasted 45 minutes - 1 hour & 15 minutes each session.

3) Discipline - Motivation comes and goes for everyone but what separates the people who reach their goals VERSUS the people who don’t is simply the ones who stay disciplined and continue putting in the work CONSISTENTLY even when though don’t feel like it.

For Bryan staying disciplined with his normal routine & hitting the gym at 5am has seemed to work the best for him.

Is a 5am gym session something everyone WANTS or HAS to do to get in shape & see their abs⁉️

Of course not but he felt that if he was in his normal routine then he could stay more disciplined & consistent this way

1. Rear Delts Fly - Most of the time the forgotten part of the shoulders  Everyone loves hitting lateral, front raises and presses but if you only doing those you’re missing a huge part when training shoulders!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Cable Side Laterals - Probably my favorite variation of side laterals, the cable applying the load from the heaviest at the bottom (where the shoulder activation is the best) to lighter at the top. Gives you a nasty pump

3. DB Around The Worlds  - use less weight than with normal lateral raises and keep your elbows slightly bent.

4. Lying Cable Upright Row - using individual cables helps with mind muscle connection, focus on pulling your elbows up and to the side and try to keep your elbows higher than your forearms.

No extra structure needed- these ABS are really starting to PP People always ask me what I do for AB exercises⁉️ I'm kidding, as no one has ever asked me that, BUT if they did, I would tell them that you can't crunch or plank your way to a six pack. The best exercise for ABS is the one where you put the junk food back in the pantry and eat at a calorie deficit of 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ calories daily (I recommend beginning with a deficit of 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ - don't burn yourself out). Sure, I'll hit planks for core strength and it may provide some extra definition, but fat loss is ALL IMPORTANT if you want those ABS to PPDM me for HELP with any of your fitness goals‼ #getjackedwithjp
